What people say about the groups:

"My Company of Women Master Mind experience succeeded where all other similar groups failed. I got clear, substantial, motivating results. My sales jumped. My confidence grew. My marketing really started to work. Daneal Charney’s facilitation was smart, sharp and always on point. She got right to it, so that I could, too." Stephanie Ortenzi

"The mastermind group was extremely beneficial on several levels. It made me accountable to a wonderful group of productive, creative women; it helped me to set deadlines that I was excited to meet, and; it opened doors of opportunity that I would not have otherwise been aware of. Thanks Company of Women!” Michelle

How does the mastermind group work?
We bring together eight women who, like yourself, own a business. Care will be taken to ensure the businesses are different and not in competition with each other. It’s an opportunity to discuss, support and share issues that you all face in running a business.
As a group, you determine the topics to be discussed and the mastermind group is led by a trained business coach, who will keep you on topic and focused on what you need to do next to build and grow your business.
At each session, there is a check-in period where you can report back on what has happened in the last month, and at the end of the meeting, a check-out point where you determine what your primary goal will be in the month ahead.
This process creates a sense of team. Not only can you draw on the expertise of the business coach during these sessions, but you gain objective observations from your peers who also want to help you succeed. There is also a sense of accountability built in which will assist you in realizing your goals.
How does the newbie support group work?
Often when you are new to business, you really don't know what you don't know. Plus it is pretty lonely out there not sure if you are doing the right thing and second-guessing yourself. In this support group, there will be a maximum of 12 women, all of whom have just started a business (under a year). You will be amazed at how much you have in common. The group discussion will be facilitated to make sure you "share the air" and the group will determine the topics covered. Where appropriate guest speakers will be invited to share their expertise.
We've kept the cost low as we know you have lots of expenses, but we do ask that if you sign up, you commit to the group and the fees involved.
These programs are offered to members only.
