Using Pure Essential Oils To Reduce Stress
by: Irene Spedaliere
When I think back to my life in the pharmaceutical world, I was pretty stressed there too. In fact, although I now have a different kind of stress, I would say that I am less stressed. Is it because I work with pure essential oils every day?
I am positive that has a lot to do with it, I rely on them to keep me in the right frame of mind. Florals and Citrus essential oils are used most often to reduce stress.
As an aromatherapist, here are some luxurious, aromatic ideas to keep you feeling calm, sane and empowered.
· Turn your environment into a spa by putting a few drops of essential oils into a cup of boiling water, the oils will permeate the air leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.
· Have an aromatic bubble bath. Taking the time to soak in the tub can do wonders to alleviate stress and tension.
· Give yourself a bodyFood facial… clay mask, then a face scrub, followed by a luxurious moisturizing face cream
· Exfoliate your whole body with a mix of sugar, oil and a few drops of your favorite essential oil
· Get a massage, or rub your body with an essential body oil blend
· Spray your bedding with an essential oil Spritz
· Give yourself a pedicure with herbal foot scrubs and peppermint cream
· Use the bodyFood inhaler that you received in your loot bag from the last Company of Women Conference, it works instantly!
· Visit me at the bodyFood bar and have your own special essential oil blend and product created for you
