More Canadians Using the Internet to Shop

A recent Ipsos Reid poll of 1,025 Canadians conducted on behalf of PayPal Canada found that one third of Canadians are planning on doing at least some of their holiday shopping online.

"This year more than any other, people are going to be deal-hunting more and more. And the Internet just makes that a lot easier to do." says the general manager of PayPal Canada.

Experts say however, that you need to allow time for your purchases and order items at least two weeks early to allow for shipping.  Using the Internet to look for gifts can save time over the holidays.
