A Few Excellent Women

Be one of the excellent community-minded professionals to step-up and support the women of Scarborough! We are a group of businesspeople, community leaders and everyday women who are making a difference in one of the city’s most challenged neighbourhoods.

Our valued clients have these sorts of challenges: limited income, abusive spouses, overwhelming family demands, limited job prospects, and isolation. We help. We change lives.

The Scarborough Women’s Centre (a charitable organization) provides the boost of self-esteem classes, access to job-seeking resources, counselling on how to leave an abusive situation, support in parenting children with special needs, help in settling into a new country, other women to talk to, and more.

You too can make a difference by making connections to other caring women.
