The accounting firm of Tino-Gaetani & Carusi, Chartered Accountants (TG&C), was founded by Bianca Tino-Gaetani in February,1994, with the intent to create an accounting firm that would ‘look beyond the numbers’.

Over the years, the firm has provided creative solutions to some interesting and unusual issues. The firm takes pride in being challenged by its clients, responding by providing quality, value-added services on a timely basis.

Some of the ideals important to the firm are:

• that we are a ‘family of co-workers’ where the work environment is friendly, and conducive to learning;
• that each of us is a mentor and, in turn, each of us is mentored;
• that our clients recognize that we care about what we do, and how we do it;
• that we share our talents with our community through volunteering;
• that we have fun along with those tough tax seasons!

Bianca implements many of these ideals in her life. She has been a board member or committee member of many organizations in Oakville, and currently serves as a director of the Oakville Symphony Orchestra, is on the Grants Committee of the Community Foundation of Oakville as well as ATHENA Oakville. She has taught for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and has been a guest speaker for various groups including the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Sheridan College, and The Oakville Chamber of Commerce.
