Anne Miner is Chair of Oxford Women in Networking (OWIN), a women's group dedicated to supporting women as they grow and develop both personally and professionally.
To celebrate the company's 25th Anniversary, Anne's company, The Dunvegan Group, is sponsoring 25 community projects. Projects to be sponsored are being identified by employees; once approved, the sponsorship will be championed and managed by the employee who identified the project.
Personal Profile
Anne Miner is an entrepreneur, a visionary leader and an acknowledged expert in the field of customer satisfaction measurement. She began her career in marketing and survey research before graduating from high school and chose her field of study at the University of Guelph to further her desire to understand “why people buy things”. Anne’s undergraduate degree in Social Sciences includes specific study in the area of consumer behavior, sociology, psychology, economics and statistics; she also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Guelph.
Before
founding The Dunvegan Group, in 1987, Anne mastered her craft through working
at the AC Nielsen Company, Francis Williams & Johnson Advertising and Public
Relations, Research Initiatives, division of Ogilvy & Mather as well as the
Readers Digest Association.
Anne is the author of "Measuring Up! A guide to success with customer satisfaction"; she speaks on various topics including:
